Responsibilities
Strategic development of clients and digital business models
Planning, conception and implementation of comprehensive online marketing strategies
Facilitating and moderating strategic workshops (marketing, content, AI)
Development of SEO and SEA strategies including implementation and optimization
Management and development of social media strategies
Designing content strategies aligned with clearly defined goals and KPIs
Use of AI tools and AI-driven strategies to improve efficiency and quality
Continuous monitoring, analysis and performance optimization
Close collaboration in interdisciplinary teams with a high degree of ownership
Requirements
At least 5 years of professional experience in online marketing
Experience in strategic development and client consulting
At least 5 verifiable, successful reference projects
Very strong consulting skills and experience in conducting strategic workshops
Advanced skills in SEO, SEA, social media and digital marketing ecosystems
High affinity for technology and AI and active use of AI in day-to-day work
Strong data-driven mindset and confident handling of KPIs & analytics tools
Highly independent, structured way of working within interdisciplinary teams
