Responsibilities
Provide Technical Application Support of Copeland (HVACR and Comfort Controls) for Refrigeration OEMs.
Assist in selecting the appropriate equipment for the customer based on requirements and objectives.
Responsible for technical support of Refrigeration OEM’s in HVACR and Comfort Controls.
Provide technical support to customers during the specification and design process for products.
Product Selection.
Product Quality Control and Warranty Administration.
Development of Application Profiles, and Technical Bulletins.
Drive sustainability efforts and implementation of low GWP technologies.
Be a liaison between end users and OEMs to identify opportunities for HVACR and Comfort Controls.
Manage develop and maintain appropriate documentation.
Lead the analysis of field data, process information and summarize it to reach business goals.
Customer Training.
Represent Copeland in related industry events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, control or other related engineering.
Experience in selection or design in refrigeration systems
5 years
English B2
