Responsibilities
Analyze contract accounts by comparing the contract table to the cost table to assess whether the contract is financially healthy
Assist with contract renegotiations by negotiating with the client or coordinating with a supervisor to maintain contracts with healthy or profitable margins
Provide support for budgeting activities, enter orders and release billing related to contract orders through Sphere to meet client demands
Perform data analysis by generating and reviewing data and proposing improvements
Support delinquency/collections management via email, spreadsheets and phone calls to reduce financial liabilities
Support BID coding via spreadsheets, Sphere and email to generate new sales/contract opportunities
Attend alignment meetings in-person or remotely to coordinate points related to customer service
Requirements
Higher education in progress or completed in Administrative, Commercial or related fields
Experience with administrative routines in the commercial/sales area
Knowledge of the MRO segment (electrical materials, tools, PPE) is a plus
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
