Responsibilities
Managing payroll cycles across supported countries, including data collection, validation, approvals, and reporting
Ensuring compliance with local statutory requirements and deadlines
Validating gross-to-net calculations, deductions, and adjustments
Coordinating with in-country payroll providers and global aggregators
Overseeing integrations between Ceridian Dayforce, TriNet, BambooHR, and finance systems
Ensuring accurate data transfers and resolving discrepancies promptly
Preparing and posting pay journals for accounting reconciliation
Collaborating with Finance on month-end close and variance analysis
Maintaining documented procedures for each jurisdiction
Supporting internal/external audits and statutory inspections
Ensuring adherence to GDPR and other data privacy regulations
Responding to escalated payroll queries with accuracy and confidentiality
Managing off-cycle payments and corrections as needed
Identifying process gaps and implementing automation where possible
Staying updated on legislative changes and recommending system updates
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of payroll experience, including multi-country processing and pay journal preparation
Proven ability to manage external payroll vendors and global platforms
Strong understanding of payroll accounting and compliance requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
Professional certifications (CPP, PCP/CPM, CIPP) preferred
Expertise in Ceridian Dayforce, TriNet, BambooHR
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
