Requirements
- Business acumen: Knowledge of metrics and operations for digital products.
- Analytical skills: Proficiency in SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools (such as Superset, Power BI, or similar).
- Autonomous and accountable: Ability to drive end-to-end analyses with a strong sense of priorities and quality.
- Collaborative routine: Actively participate in area rituals, strategic forums, and data team ceremonies.
- Standardization and best practices: Follow the standards defined by the engineering and data teams for documentation, version control, and governance.
- Knowledge of data science: You don’t need to be a data scientist, but the ability to communicate and collaborate with technical teams is essential.
- Experience in fintechs, consultancies, or startups is a plus.
