Requirements
- Completed higher education, preferably in Civil Engineering.
- On-site construction experience.
- Experience with budget analysis and cost estimating.
- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD for reading and interpreting project drawings.
- Knowledge of Google Earth is desirable.
