Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day support to system users, resolving issues and managing escalations.
Maintain system documentation, configurations, and user permissions.
Develop and deliver system training sessions, guides, and user documentation.
Act as a main point of contact for user queries and feedback.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems.
Manage system access controls and maintain compliance with data protection and audit requirements.
Assist with generating reports and dashboards from CRM and finance systems.
Help ensure data used for reporting is accurate and aligned across teams
Successfully manage relationships with all key stakeholders – internally and externally.
Build good working relationships with internal teams, including Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, IT, and HR
Requirements
Third‑level qualification in Business, IT, Data/Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience supporting business systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Sage, Zoho)
Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
Additional training or certification in systems administration, data analysis, or CRM/ERP tools is an advantage but not essential.
Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
