Responsibilities
Work closely with our COO, Ksenia and have the opportunity to grow, learn, and play a key role in supporting client relations, financial operations, and internal process refinement while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Engage with our users to understand their needs and challenges by responding to their inquiries, identifying solutions to their problems, and providing information about our products and services.
Conduct market & tech research, assist in gathering, analysing, & interpreting data to improve decision-making, optimize products and workflows.
Assist in managing ongoing projects by tracking progress, setting deadlines, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, logistics or a related field, with above-average academic results
Fluency in English is required. Fluency in German is a plus
Initial experience in customer support or project management
Exceptional time management, prioritisation, and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
Must be located in Munich
The Business Operations role requires the ability to work an 8-hour shift on Saturdays
