Responsibilities
Het in kaart brengen en analyseren van zowel interne processen als klantprocessen
Het identificeren van verbeterpotentieel en hiertoe acties uitzetten
Operationeel en tactisch aanspreekpunt voor zowel klant als organisatie
Aansturen, begeleiden, motiveren en coachen van Team Leaders en indirect ook agents
Ontwerpen, onderhouden en analyseren van operationele en financiële rapportages met het oog op de kwaliteit en rendabiliteit van het Client Team
Het periodiek voeren en bijwonen van overleggen met de Client Team Manager, Team Leaders, Opdrachtgever en overige afdelingen.
Requirements
HBO werk- en denkniveau
Enkele jaren werkervaring als manager in de Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) of Customer Experience (CX) branche
Ervaring in het (mensgericht) aansturen en begeleiden van teams
Cijfermatig en analytisch inzicht
Communicatief sterk, vloeiend Nederlands en goed Engels in woord en geschrift
Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden; in staat om je eigen tijd en deadlines te beheren en taken op de juiste manier kan prioriteren.
