About the role

Requirements
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license

- At least 1 year of skilled home health experience with OASIS proficiency
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations and clinical compliance
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to travel locally as needed to support clinical operations
