Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly control reports with variance analysis between actual results and budget and develop action plans to improve adherence to the budget;
- Prepare monthly projection reports to provide operational visibility and review expectations;
- Structure processes and tools that ensure the integration and sharing of information with internal stakeholders and its consolidation within the group's portfolio;
- Actively participate in the budget preparation cycle, analyzing historical data and benchmarks to build an efficient plan with a solid basis;
- Analyze indicators and KPIs broadly, including result demonstration and simulation to support the company's strategic decisions;
- Develop economic and financial valuation models for new projects and business initiatives.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering
- Postgraduate degree – desirable
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience in budget management and performance analysis
- Familiarity with different ERPs (data querying and processing)
- Desirable skills: VBA / BI tools / Power Query / SQL
- Experience in financial modeling and preparing business plans
