About the role

Responsibilities
- Entwicklung und Ausführung der IT-Strategie von Walter zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsbereiche Finance und HR
- Verantwortung für die Wartung und Lieferung unserer Finance & HR IT-Roadmap zur Maximierung der Werte
- Beratung von Finance- und HR-Teams als vertrauenswürdiger IT-Geschäftspartner
- Gewährleistung der pünktlichen Lieferung von Projekten von der Idee bis zum Go-Live
- Steuerung interner und externer Projektressourcen
- Führung und Entwicklung eines globalen Teams von internen SAP (S/4HANA) FI/CO-Experten
- Unterstützung des HR-Geschäftsteams durch Engagement mit Gruppenvertretern von HRIS
Requirements
- Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder einer verwandten Disziplin mit IT-Fokus oder vergleichbare praktische Berufserfahrung
- mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung mit SAP Finance (idealerweise S/4HANA), davon mindestens 5 Jahre in einer Führungsposition
- Erfahrung in der Integration von Best-of-Breed-Drittanbieterlösungen (z.B. T&E, Vendor Management) mit dem SAP ERP-Kern
- tiefes Verständnis von strukturiertem und prozessorientiertem Anwendungsdesign
- nachweisliche Fähigkeit zur Implementierung des Application Lifecycle und des Business Process Management mit SAP Solution Manager
- Dokumentation und Analyse von Geschäftsanforderungen für SAP-basierte Implementierungen
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
