Responsibilities
Execute and verify payroll closing, performing calculations, validations and assessment of labor-related charges, ensuring compliance with current legislation and internal policies.
Process and monitor hires, terminations and vacation records in mandatory systems, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines and established procedures.
Close out and manage the electronic timekeeping system, ensuring correct calculation of balances, entries and integration with payroll.
Process and monitor submission of ancillary statutory filings to the relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal requirements.
Review and administer employee benefits, ensuring correct configuration, entries and impacts on payroll.
Serve employees by addressing questions related to payroll, benefits, timekeeping and labor routines, contributing to a positive employee experience.
Support internal and external audits by organizing documents, gathering information and ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
Conduct the onboarding process, presenting policies, internal rules and guidance related to Personnel Administration.
Organize and maintain up-to-date files and documents for the area, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years' experience with Personnel Administration routines, including payroll, labor charges, hiring, terminations and vacation management.
Experience with payroll systems such as Totvs, ADP, Sênior, SAP or similar.
Knowledge of labor legislation and statutory filings (ancillary obligations).
Experience with electronic timekeeping systems.
