Responsibilities
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships between business/product areas and the Marketing team;
Plan marketing activities together with the business area in accordance with departmental goals and objectives;
Develop action plans and campaigns focused on strategy across Comerc Energia's communication channels;
Collaborate with commercial partners to develop joint initiatives that promote the brand and drive sales;
Create briefings for creative teams, agencies, and vendors, and manage the validation and approval workflow for produced content;
Plan and execute small to medium-sized events;
Develop strategic partnerships focused on business generation and profitability;
Create training materials for the Sales Team;
Monitor results and maintain a 360° view of areas where Marketing can contribute to the company's strategy;
Produce detailed reports on all initiatives, including data analysis, KPIs, comparisons with similar strategies, and business outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
Previous experience in marketing departments and/or agencies;
Experience leading marketing and communications campaigns from briefing through to management reporting;
