About the role
- Customer Engineer specializing in AV/UC systems at Comeen, enhancing workplace productivity. Implementing solutions and providing ongoing support for clients in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical setup and configuration of meeting room booking/digital signage solutions.
- Assist customers in integrating our platform with their existing infrastructure: hardware (digital signage players, SoC, scheduling panels), collaboration suites (Google Workspace/M365), networks, and content management systems.
- Act as the main technical point of contact for escalations.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues related to meeting room booking/digital signage deployments.
- Provide technical training sessions for customers, partners, and internal staff.
- Create and maintain user guides, best practice documentation, and FAQs.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in AV/UC systems, digital signage, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, media players, and display technologies.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) for digital signage.
- Strong understanding on how meeting room booking works in Google Workspace/M365.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
