About the role

Responsibilities

- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including clinical staff, internal teams, and external partners
- Train and support practice teams to ensure successful adoption and long-term effectiveness
- Continuously refine and scale transformation approaches to support nationwide growth
- Provide leaders with insights and status updates to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- At least 1 year of experience in project management, transformation, implementation, or digitalization initiatives
- Proven ability to pragmatically and hands-on deliver projects end-to-end
- Experience with software rollouts or IT-related projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solid understanding of change management principles
- Initial exposure to the German healthcare system
- Highly organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable working on-site in operational environments
- Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
