Responsibilities
Take end-to-end responsibility for the transformation of newly acquired primary care practices
Analyze existing workflows, develop optimized target processes, and implement improvements
Drive the rollout of new software, tools, and infrastructure in the practices
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including clinical staff, internal teams, and external partners
Train and support practice teams to ensure successful adoption and long-term effectiveness
Continuously refine and scale transformation approaches to support nationwide growth
Provide leaders with insights and status updates to inform strategic decisions
Requirements
At least 2 years of professional experience
At least 1 year of experience in project management, transformation, implementation, or digitalization initiatives
Proven ability to pragmatically and hands-on deliver projects end-to-end
Experience with software rollouts or IT-related projects
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Solid understanding of change management principles
Initial exposure to the German healthcare system
Highly organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable working on-site in operational environments
Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
