Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field with a focus on Finance/Controlling (great to have, but not mandatory)
- Alternatively: Fachwirt (certified specialist) in Healthcare
- Solid experience and knowledge in controlling/management accounting
- Experience in compensation/reimbursement negotiations and with management information systems
- Ideally, experience in the healthcare or nursing sector
- Comfortable using MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Confident with numbers
- Strong interpersonal skills, commitment and initiative
