Demand Controller managing short-term tactical demand and inventory for Bulla Dairy Foods. Collaborating with sales, logistics, and customer service teams in a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities
Manage forecast and inventory consumption and facilitate forecast changes with the Production Schedulers.
Lead and contribute to key weekly meetings (Trading meeting, S&OE and Sales meetings) with clear insights and recommendations on demand, inventory and service performance.
Coordinate cross functional stakeholders to align on demand, service and supply priorities decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain metrics scorecard reporting for CSL, forecast accuracy and inventory health providing insights and corrective actions.
Requirements
Previous experience in demand, supply, logistics, or ISP/VRP planning roles (FMCG preferred).
Proficiency in SAP (ERP and Reporting), BI tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
A working knowledge of manufacturing processes as they relate to replenishment of finished goods.
Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to relate to people at all levels of the business.
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
Current driver’s license and roadworthy vehicle (travel between sites required)
Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing home and site-based work
