Responsibilities

- Supporting investment decisions, evaluating projects and performing profitability calculations
- Defining KPIs, dashboards and early-warning systems for management
- Continuously improving controlling processes and reporting tools
- Monitoring risks, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting internal control systems
- Close collaboration with tax advisors, auditors and internal departments
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training with relevant further education or equivalent
- Proven experience in corporate-level controlling with responsibility for budgets in the high double-digit million range
- Strong IT affinity and confident use of MS Office, with solid experience in Power BI
- Analytical skills, strong numerical aptitude and a structured working approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Ability to work independently and a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent German and English skills; Russian skills are an advantage
