Responsibilities

• Play a key role in monthly closing and reporting processes within the division in line with the policies and deadlines of the Group.
• Control all accounting transactions and adjustments, especially payroll records.
• Keep records of the variances between the reporting plan, forecast, and reporting/budget rules.
• Provide financial and budget communication to the global finance team, management, and other teams.
• Participate actively in weekly and monthly upper management presentations.
• Create and improve operating policies.
• Manage group tax and accounting team communications.
• Improve control systems and create process-level controls to prevent errors in data collection, cost centers, and calculation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of solid professional experience in financial controlling, audit, and accounting.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivation with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures — CPA is a plus.
• Flexible approach, adaptable to change.
• Compliance with strict deadlines and ability to manage flexible working hours.
