Responsibilities
Extract and analyze data to support key revenue insights
Coordinate the Trade Board process by organizing agendas, preparing presentation materials, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking follow-up actions to ensure timely execution
Build customer P&Ls, run scenario analyses, and provide the sales team with meaningful financial insights
Conduct post-audits on contracts to assess variance between planned and actual performance
Review pricing requests and benchmark pricing to maintain coherency and competitiveness
Support the annual Business Planning process through analysis and collaboration
Review legal documents to ensure all terms align with Trade Board approvals
Own and maintain the Trade Board tracker, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date visibility for stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, economics, data science, mathematics, general business, or a related field
At least 1 year of business analysis experience (sales, category management, commercial, or finance preferred)
Experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry is an asset
Experience with SAP, Power BI, Tableau, or AC Nielsen is an asset
Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to model large data sets (macros considered an asset)
