Responsibilities
The cogify group is a Swiss technology company providing software development, IT consulting and digital transformation solutions across various industries.
You are responsible for the early stages of the sales cycle: generating leads, delivering tailored presentations, and conducting initial client conversations.
You will support follow-up meetings together with Senior Consultants (shadowing) and actively drive opportunities forward.
You shape the customer's first impression: understand client needs, map them to our consulting and software solutions, and work with our delivery teams to develop appropriate proposals.
Requirements
Background in IT, software or digital services (education or professional experience).
Confident communication at decision-maker level; you turn conversations into concrete opportunities.
German at native level; very good command of English.
Strong written skills for proposals, presentations and LinkedIn content.
Switzerland as home base, with regular travel nationally and internationally to events and client meetings.
Motivated, proactive and interested in developing your business development career in consulting and IT.
