Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
At least 8 years of sales leadership experience within the beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
Significant exposure to Amazon, Intermediaries, and Omnichannel platforms
Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, shopper behavior analytics, and customer growth strategies
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and spearhead complex projects
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data insights
Ability to address challenges through collaboration, innovation, and solutions-focused approaches
Expertise in fostering and enhancing partnerships with decision-makers across Amazon, intermediaries, omnichannel platforms, and distributors
This role requires up to 25% travel.
