About the role
- Operations Project Implementation Manager leading complex Control Tower and 4PL solutions for aerospace at CEVA Logistics. Managing project lifecycle and client interactions in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex Control Tower and 4PL solutions
- Responsible for critical projects, customer-facing implementations, and transition of global operational solutions
- Own the full project lifecycle, delivery planning, resource and budget management, governance, reporting, risk and change management initiatives
- Ensure operational readiness by driving SOP governance, process standardization, escalation models and resource validation ahead of go-live
- Act as a senior interface with the client, running steering committees, workshops, process mapping and solution validation sessions
- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver against scope and contractual commitments
- Actively contribute to the improvement of project methodologies, tools and standard solution portfolios
Requirements
- Proven track record of managing mid-to-large scale, customer-facing projects
- Experience in transportation, logistics, freight forwarding and supply chain operations
- Solid project management capability across planning, controls, communication and change
- Strong analytical and process driven mindset
- Natural communicator, problem solver and presenter
- Confidence in engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Degree in Transport or Logistics and Supply Chain (desirable)
- Project Management qualification (PMP, Prince2) (desirable)
- Experience of working in a 4PL or Control Tower Operation (desirable)
- Exposure to process re-engineering, operations excellence and lean methodologies (desirable)
- Knowledge of TMS, WMS or ERP systems (desirable)
