About the role

Responsibilities
- Liderar la estrategia de producto para Fraud Prevention dentro del ecosistema de Pagos (CP y CNP).
- Colaborar con Risk y Data Science para diseñar y evolucionar reglas de riesgo, modelos de scoring y validaciones en tiempo real.
- Trabajar junto a los PMs de Card Present y Card Not Present para integrar lógicas de prevención de fraude en flujos transaccionales y de onboarding.
- Definir roadmap de señales, alertas y herramientas internas que optimicen la detección y la respuesta.
- Monitorear métricas clave: fraud rate, chargeback ratio, false positives, impulsando mejoras continuas.
- Impulsar la alineación cross-team e influir en la estrategia antifraude de largo plazo.
- Participar en incident response y análisis de causa raíz para escalamientos relacionados a fraude.
Requirements
- Título universitario en Ingeniería, Negocios, Computación o áreas afines.
- +4 años de experiencia en Product Management, idealmente en fintech, payments o plataformas de fraude/riesgo.
- Experiencia sólida en fraud prevention, monitoreo de transacciones o sistemas de risk scoring.
- Trabajo previo con equipos de ingeniería, data science y operaciones.
- Conocimientos en 3DS, BIN logic, device fingerprinting, velocity checks.
- Manejo de SQL, Looker u otras herramientas analíticas.
- Conocimiento en flujo de procesamiento de pagos: autorización, captura, settlement.
