Requirements
Proven experience as a Tech Manager, Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or similar roles leading multidisciplinary engineering teams;
Experience in agile environments, digital products, platforms, or technology companies, preferably in growth and transformation contexts;
People leadership and talent management skills;
Strong ability to lead, develop, and engage team members;
