Responsibilities
Develop and lead Citi Travel’s end-to-end marketing strategy
Create integrated marketing plans that support the Citi Travel brand
Design and launch new marketing initiatives
Oversee day-to-day partnership management with Rocket
Lead all ongoing contract discussions with Rocket
Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities in the travel industry
Drive cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, technology, legal, and external partners
Conduct market analysis and maintain competitive intelligence
Develop partner marketing strategies
Requirements
10+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, business development, or related disciplines
Deep experience in travel, loyalty, fintech, or consumer digital platforms
Proven expertise in managing large-scale strategic partnerships
Demonstrated success developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, brand, CRM, and product-led channels
Strong commercial acumen
Executive-level communication and influencing skills
Experience leading cross-functional teams
