About the role
- Solutions Engineer in Cisco’s Global Virtual Sales organization delivering customer-focused technical sales and presentations. Collaborating with Account Executives to ensure successful customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Join Cisco’s Global Virtual Sales organization.
- Ensure technical information and guidance provided to the customer.
- Deliver customer presentations and perform technical demonstrations.
- Collaborate closely with Inside Account Executives (iAE).
- Create BoMs and run proof of concept activities.
- Become a trusted technology advisor to the customer.
- Educate customers on Cisco differentiation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B pre-sales or post-sales roles within the IT or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of typical IT infrastructure solutions and enterprise networking technologies, including Routing, Switching, Wireless, Network Management, Automation, SD-WAN, SD-Access, Intent-Based Networking, Meraki, and IoT.
- Proven experience managing the full end-to-end sales cycle.
- Vendor certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Prior experience in a pre-sales capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape, including market trends and technology offerings.
- Professional proficiency in business English.
- Native-level fluency in Bulgarian and/or Serbian.
