Responsibilities
Proactively engage customer executives to build and sustain deep, strategic relationships, positioning yourself and Cisco as a trusted advisor and long‑term partner
Manage opportunities over multiple accounts or a single large and complex account
Understand customer’s business and sell outcomes from across Cisco’s portfolio
Leverages specialists across architectures and Business Unit to influence future investments
Capture market and industry information
Provide and commit to reliable business Forecasts and work against annual Goals
Demonstrate ability to manage and maximize a consulting engagement to grow a sales opportunity with all levels of complexity
Effectively negotiate pricing strategies and understand flexible consumption models
Translate customers' needs into potential solutions using Cisco products and services
Requirements
Ability to create a big, strategic picture and to transfer this into concrete Cisco opportunities
Proficiency in utilizing the latest AI tools i.e. for daily operational tasks or sales motions
Deep understanding of Cisco Solutions and solid understanding in how to interact with Cisco Service Delivery and Sales
You can transform Cisco’s technology and designs to CxO relevant content messaging
Understand customer's business drivers, regulatory environment, code of business conduct, external influencers and current market development
Solid understanding and experience in management of all aspects of sales support processes and in developing, managing and forecasting a pipeline of opportunities using SFDC
Excellent written and spoken communication/ presentation skills in German and English
Willingness to travel and presence on-site at customer weekly
