Responsibilities
Maintain close relationships with exhibitors, clients, suppliers, internal interface teams, and distributors.
Monitor the entire pre-sales, delivery, and post-sales process.
Propose process improvements aimed at increasing productivity.
Create and update support materials for the planning and commercial teams — with the goal of improving response times. Examples: manuals, briefings, FAQ guides, databases.
Support the implementation of events and marketing activities; conduct technical visits to cinemas and suppliers.
Ensure the full process of feasibility, approval, implementation/administration of solution partners, maintenance, cost control, project P&L, and alignment with all involved teams.
Assist with DOOH campaigns: mapping, scheduling, and checking.
Post-sales: coordinate with all involved teams and produce tailored materials.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration.
Preferably have prior experience in sales, trade marketing, or communications, ideally in the entertainment sector.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and integrated management systems.
