About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as the bridge between CI&T’s technical team and business areas (Credit, Risk, Products, Compliance, Collections, Legal, Customer Service and Operations)
- Lead the mapping and validation of end-to-end credit origination flows, including simulation, proposal, analysis, formalization, contracting and post-sale/servicing
- Detail and validate business rules related to eligibility, credit policies, interest calculation, CET (Total Effective Cost), credit scoring, guarantees/collateral, limits and renegotiation
- Document functional and non-functional requirements, business rules (technical and functional) and acceptance criteria
- Support backlog prioritization based on regulatory impact, risk mitigation, conversion improvement and profitability
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations (Central Bank of Brazil – BACEN, LGPD, internal regulations and credit policies)
- Map customer journeys for credit products (Personal Loan, Payroll-deductible loan – Consignado, CDC/Installment Consumer Credit, Secured Loans and Renegotiation/Restructuring)
- Validate test scenarios and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and approvals, ensuring implemented flows align with current policies
- Ensure traceability between requirements, business rules, user stories and deliveries
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Business Specialist on financial services projects, preferably with credit/loan products
- Knowledge of credit origination processes, risk policies and financial calculations (interest, amortization, CET)
- Experience in requirements elicitation and documentation (interviews, workshops, user story mapping)
- Experience validating complex business rules and transactional flows
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Confluence or similar
- Basic knowledge of credit-related regulations (BACEN, LGPD)
