Responsibilities
Learn about the delivery area, assisting in the development and execution of processes to provide the best customer experience and support healthy business growth.
Organize internal processes such as payment flows, monitor deadlines, and manage project tasks;
Monitor key business performance indicators (comments, cancellations, ratings);
Contact suppliers and service providers (logistics operators, iFood platform);
Support stores in executing processes and resolving questions about area-defined procedures;
Track store performance on delivery platforms;
Assist in preparing and delivering results presentations for other departments.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field — expected graduation in July or December 2026;
Knowledge of Excel — advanced level is a plus.
Strong organizational skills to work with data from multiple sources;
Strong logical reasoning to identify potential issues and propose process improvements;
Holistic view with a focus on problem-solving;
Good communication skills to guide teams on area processes.
