Responsibilities
The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing omnichannel performance campaigns.
This role requires a deep understanding of media channels including Google, Meta, TikTok, Retail Media, and familiarity with programmatic advertising.
You will oversee the complete campaign lifecycle from client onboarding and media planning to execution, A/B testing, and performance reporting, ensuring clear demonstration of ROI/ROAS.
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing tasks through our CRM SENTR are essential.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required as you will execute campaigns in both languages.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
Proven track record of driving performance campaigns with clear ROI/ROAS outcomes.
Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, with working experience on TikTok, Retail Media, and programmatic channels.
Experience managing the complete campaign lifecycle—from client onboarding and media planning to execution, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
Demonstrated success in setting up and interpreting A/B tests to improve performance.
Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency with CRM systems, specifically SENTR.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication and reporting skills in both languages.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with a proactive and collaborative approach.
