About the role
- Support Mortgage Product Management for Moda Mortgages and CHL. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive, compliant products.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, launch and enhancement of residential, BTL mortgage and bridging products.
- Assist with preparing product requirements, business cases and proposition papers.
- Support Consumer Duty requirements including target market and fair value assessments.
- Monitor product performance, MI and customer outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, risk, compliance, finance and change.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Identify opportunities for product, process and journey improvement.
- Support with ensuring that all sourcing systems have the correct range of Moda and CHL products, with the correct pricing and criteria - and managing product and pricing changes with them.
- Support with ensuring that all criteria systems correctly reflect Moda’s and CHL’s current product criteria - and managing changes with them.
Requirements
- Experience within the UK mortgage market. Ideally this should come from within the Specialist Mortgage Lender sector.
- Effective stakeholder management, strong written and verbal communications skills are necessary.
- Should demonstrate a clear commercial focus, recognising the financial impact of decisions made and recommendations put forward.
- Strong analytical skills, enabling the organisation and interpretation of internal and external data sources.
- Strong skills in Office 365 products used in analysing and reporting data.
