Responsibilities
Act as Product Manager for digital products
Define and manage the Product Backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization of requests based on business value and customer impact
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap, in alignment with business objectives and stakeholders
Develop and maintain the product roadmap
Translate business requirements into user stories
Collaborate directly with stakeholders to understand needs and expectations
Lead agile ceremonies (Planning, Review, Refinement)
Make strategic decisions regarding product features
Ensure the development team understands requirements and objectives
Define and track product KPIs
Vendor management
Service Management
Drive the full product lifecycle, from discovery and hypothesis validation to launch and optimization
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure effective product delivery
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, using data to guide decisions and improvements
Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships that can drive product development and adoption
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation and continuous improvement
Other related responsibilities.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum)
Ability to prioritize and manage the backlog
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Good communication skills (didactic and ability to synthesize)
Resilience, organization and conflict management skills
Proactive, organized, team-oriented and with strong interpersonal skills
Desired: Knowledge of Salesforce and agile management tools
Language: Advantage — Advanced conversational English, as there will be interaction with teams abroad (India, Italy and the USA).
