Salesforce Administrator handling administration of 3rd party applications and maintaining workflows at ChenMed. Collaborating across teams to enhance application adoption and delivery.
Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the administration of one or more 3rd party applications
Develop, document, implement and maintain application(s) and new workflows, use cases, standards and processes
Designs and delivers technical solutions utilizing one or more application platforms
Manages the administration, support and training for one or more applications
Provides ongoing communications and training for one or more applications
Executes rollout/release plans for both new applications and upgrades to existing applications
Ensures applications and configurations comply with company security policies
Collaborates with cross-organizational teams and departments to implement/improve application adoption and utilization
Builds new integrations/connectors for one or more applications
Participates in On-Call duties as needed to support assigned applications
Performs other related duties as assigned
Requirements
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics or Business Administration field OR additional experience above the minimum will be considered in lieu of the required education on a year-for-year basis required
A minimum of 2 years’ work experience as an application administrator or similar role
1 or more platform certification (i.e. Certified Salesforce Administrator, Workday HCM or Finance Certification, Certified ServiceNow Systems Administrator, etc. MSCA, MSCD, CAP, or other similar certifications desirable
Experience with the Agile/Scrum development methodology
Experience developing solutions through scripting and integrating systems
Experience providing technical services for software implementations
