About the role
- PMO coordinating marketing projects for Cheil, ensuring governance, planning, and execution excellence within deadlines. Collaborating with leadership for decision support through data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain portfolio governance (cadence, forums, agendas, minutes, status reports, and monitoring standards);
- Consolidate and update the master plan for Marketing initiatives (timeline, milestones, owners, interdependencies, and risks);
- Lead execution performance management routines (structured follow-ups, issue tracking, and risk escalation);
- Produce executive reports and analyses in Excel (dashboards, trends, variances, consolidations by front/team/theme);
- Implement and monitor execution and efficiency KPIs (on-time delivery, SLAs, aging, capacity, rework, completion rate);
- Support leadership in prioritizing requests and balancing the pipeline (capacity × impact × urgency);
- Ensure documentation quality (briefings, decisions, lessons learned, and template standardization);
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and management practices in Marketing with a data-driven mindset.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Engineering, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related fields;
- Portfolio and project management experience (planning, tracking, risks, dependencies, prioritization);
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP / INDEX+MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, consolidations, charts, dashboards);
- Operational data analysis (efficiency, productivity, bottlenecks, execution metrics);
- Ability to structure executive reports and data-driven narratives.
