Responsibilities
Direct assistance to the Head of Business Segment
Scheduling and coordination of appointments
Preparation and follow-up for internal and external meetings and events
Record keeping, minute-taking, and preparation of presentations
Organizational support for the department (approx. 20 people)
Travel arrangements and processing of travel expenses
Ordering office supplies, business cards, etc.
Support for trade fair preparations and follow-up (travel, booth, material shipping, catering)
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
Work experience in an assistant role, ideally in an industrial environment
Strong organizational skills with a structured and independent working style
Confident user of MS Office and digital tools
Very good German and English skills
