About the role

• Centria Autism seeks a Hybrid BCBA to deliver ABA therapy across virtual and in-home settings. Focus on meaningful collaboration and client-centered care with weekly in-person supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in-home settings.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and clinical teams for effective service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to clinical and operational teams’ standards and protocols.

Requirements

• Weekly in-person supervision required.
• Oversee ABA therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians to improve client outcomes.
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles.
• Engage parents in their child’s therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making.
