About the role
- Team Leader for Military Services overseeing day-to-day operations and staff for the SSG Fox Suicide Prevention Grant. Collaborating with community partners and ensuring program compliance and outreach.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations of the SSG Fox Suicide Prevention Grant program
- Ensure program activities align with grant requirements, timelines, and performance metrics
- Support integration of suicide prevention services across Centerstone’s Military Services
- Directly supervise Veteran Care Navigators, Clinical Care Coordinators, and Peer Mentors
- Ensure compliance with all SSG Fox grant guidelines and reporting requirements
- Act as the liaison between Centerstone Military Services and the VA Fox team to ensure seamless coordination
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of leadership experience may be considered
- Supervisory experience preferred; experience providing behavioral health services within the military community strongly desired
- Veteran status preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, CRM platforms, Zoom, Adobe, and basic data analysis/statistics.
- Ability to leverage technology for program management, reporting, and communication.
