About the role

  • Senior Manager, International Sales driving revenue growth through customer engagements and account management at Carrier. Overseeing sales forecasting and strategies with frequent international travel.

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth through direct customer visits, negotiations, and relationship management
  • Manage key international accounts and develop new business opportunities
  • Lead sales forecasting, annual budget planning, and regional sales strategies
  • Oversee pricing strategy, TP and project quotations, and new product pricing
  • Coordinate cross‑functionally to support production alignment and order fulfillment
  • Lead customer factory visits, business reviews, and commercial discussions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in international / regional sales (HVAC preferred)
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and customer‑management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
  • Comfortable working with global teams across time zones
  • Willing to travel frequently.
