Responsibilities
Management and development of national key accounts such as large corporate clients, distribution partners, installers, and energy suppliers
Identification of growth opportunities within the customer portfolio
Conducting annual reviews as well as complex contract, pricing and procurement negotiations with decision-makers
Coordination of customer projects with internal specialist departments
Requirements
A basic technical education plus further training in building services engineering or in sales management
Several years of sales experience in the HVAC industry
Excellent MS Office 365 skills
Experience with Salesforce and solid sales and key account management experience
German language skills at least at C1 level; English is desirable; French and Italian are an advantage
Self-motivated and reliable
Persuasive with strong negotiation skills, a sense of commitment, and discretion
Valid driving licence
