Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales cycle: from prospecting to closing, guiding leads at every stage of the commercial process.
Identify and qualify new potential customers through outbound activities (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and inbound channels.
Conduct consultative product demonstrations of AccessiWay, fully understanding customer needs and proposing tailored solutions.
Build and maintain trust-based relationships with stakeholders in public and private organizations.
Work closely with SDRs, Marketing and internal teams to maximize commercial results and optimize the pipeline.
Use the CRM to manage the pipeline, forecasts and daily activities in a structured and disciplined manner.
Stay informed about digital accessibility trends, regulations and the market to provide consistently relevant support.
Demonstrate curiosity, proactivity and a desire to learn, actively contributing to the growth of the Sales team.
Requirements
More than 2 years’ experience in Sales roles and end-to-end sales cycle management.
Strong motivation, results orientation and resilience.
Excellent communication, presentation and client relationship skills.
Ability to work in an organized and autonomous way in a dynamic environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM and sales tools.
Excellent command of French and a good command of English.
