About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting in the effective delivery of an exceptional MBA experience for approximately 950+ Full-time, Flex, and Flex Online MBA students
- Serve as academic advisors for multiple cohorts of students in each class of either the Full-time, Flex, or Flex Online MBA Program
- Involved in regular communication with students regarding curriculum planning, degree progress, and academic difficulties
- Responsible for outreach and problem solving for struggling students, including connecting students to tutors and assessing progress
- Ensures students are aware of available resources for mental, emotional, or physical challenges
- Meetings with students happen frequently, including evenings
- Serve as liaison with other university offices to support students with academic or personal issues
- Play an instrumental role in the co-curricular development and support of MBA students
- Oversee planning, execution, and budgeting of programming that contribute to the overall student experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience working in student services and/or higher education
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Self-starter with sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and student-centered approach
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Google Sheets/Excel; familiarity with database software or student information systems is a plus
