- Own a defined Marketing IT product area (CRM, CMS, bonusing, segmentation, gamification)
- Translate marketing and business needs into clear product requirements and well-prioritized backlogs
- Lead key agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, grooming, retros)
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and marketing stakeholders to scope, size, and launch new features
- Act as the main contact for marketing-related development, communicating progress, timelines, and trade-offs
- Perform user acceptance testing and maintain high quality across releases
- Use customer insights, product metrics, and market trends to identify optimization opportunities
- Proactively identify risks and blockers in delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager
- 3+ years of experience in IT/software development-related environments
- Background in the iGaming industry or Marketing is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Collaborative mindset with strong relationship-building ability
- Proactive, curious, and ownership-driven attitude
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
