Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience designing for digital platforms.
- Degree or diploma in Design, UX, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Psychology, or related field.
- A portfolio of case studies showcasing your UX process and outcomes.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with analytics tools (such as Adobe Analytics or Hotjar).
- Experience with human-centered design, testing, and research methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an asset.
- Understanding of WCAG 2.2 and inclusive research practices.
