About the role
- Fullstack Shopify Developer developing complex Shopify solutions for various clients. Collaborating closely with the CTO and managing technical projects in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Development of complex Shopify solutions: Custom Apps, Public Apps, integrations, APIs, GraphQL and Liquid
- Independent design of technical architectures – you think from the customer’s perspective, not just about code
- Acting as the Technical Project Lead (TPV) in client projects
- Close collaboration with Marcel (CTO) as a sparring partner and mentor
- Active, skilled use of AI tools in everyday development (not a nice-to-have, but the standard)
- Continuous improvement of our technical standards and internal processes
Requirements
- More than 3 years of professional experience in Shopify development
- Proven experience in Custom App and/or Public App development on Shopify
- Knowledge of Shopify Custom & Public Apps (Node.js / React)
- REST and GraphQL APIs as well as complex system integrations
- Shopify Liquid and frontend development
- Technical architectural thinking – you see the whole system, not just the code
- Proficient use of AI coding tools such as Cursor
- Independent and solution-oriented – you bring answers, not problems
- Able to dive deep into unfamiliar topics and find your own solutions
- Structured, quality-conscious working style
