About the role
- Junior Consultant supporting client transformations in strategy and organization. Engaging in design and agile methods while collaborating with motivated teams.
Responsibilities
- Draai je mee in een programmateam bij de klant
- Denk je mee over uitdagingen rondom organisatie-inrichting of agile ways of working
- Bereid je workshops voor, faciliteer je (deels) sessies en zorg je voor een strakke projectorganisatie
- Analyseer je klantprocessen, signaleer je knelpunten en draag je verbetervoorstellen aan
- Werk je nauw samen met je projectleider en stem je af met stakeholders
- Volg je trainingen in organisatieontwerp, realisatie en consultancyvaardigheden
- Bouw je actief aan je netwerk binnen Capgemini Invent
- Draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling van onze OPS thema’s, zoals Business Agility en Strategic Organizational Design
Requirements
- Een afgeronde Master (bijv. organisatiewetenschappen, bedrijfskunde, sociale wetenschappen, verandermanagement of vergelijkbaar)
- 0–2 jaar werkervaring, bijvoorbeeld als adviseur bij een adviesbureau of binnen een publieke of private organisatie
- Projectervaring en ervaring met verandermanagement/agile is een pré
- Sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden, je werkt resultaatgericht en krijgt mensen mee
- Ambitie en proactief: je ontwikkelde jezelf naast je studie via projecten, commissies of eigen initiatieven
- Affiniteit met transformaties, organisatieverandering en ontwikkeling, technologie en digitale transformatie
- Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
