About the role

  • Consultant supporting executive management in expansion projects for Tecban, facilitating business growth and transformations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the Executive Manager and the Executive Superintendent of the Expansion area on projects across the area, both in the evaluation and execution phases.
  • Structure frameworks and scenarios, testing and sensitizing critical assumptions to support decision-making;
  • Develop and quantify value levers within business processes to unlock growth;
  • Prepare business cases with economic and financial assessments and recommendations;
  • Articulate the equity story, conduct analyses, and support M&A transaction processes;
  • Mobilize leaders across different directorates to drive transformation management;
  • Develop storylines, translate them into executive presentations, and deliver effective presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience in financial modeling focused on developing business cases and M&A transactions (e.g., income statement/P&L and free cash flow).
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to translate plans into implementation actions.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication (concise presentations tailored to the audience).
  • Detail-oriented, while maintaining a critical view of the big picture and strong business sense.
  • Ability to negotiate and liaise with different directorates.
  • Strong time-management discipline to work on multiple concurrent projects.
