About the role
- Consultant Digital Merchandising supporting global e-Commerce transformation projects at VO2 Group. Responsible for product catalog management and assisting in data migrations across regions.
Responsibilities
- Catalog Management: Configuration, implementation and daily updates of the product catalog for the US, UK and South Asia Pacific markets.
- Migration Support: Active participation in product data migrations to the site's new infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy for each region.
- Data Integrity: Ongoing monitoring of the catalog to identify anomalies and ensure presentation aligns with the Maison's luxury standards.
- Site Collaboration: Manage catalog-related tasks in close coordination with Site Operations teams to feed the reference site.
- Akeneo Lead: Daily management of the PIM (Akeneo): creating attributes, organizing product logic, and maintaining data flows.
- China/APAC Focus: Operational oversight of the catalog migration specific to the Chinese/APAC market (localization challenges).
- Technical Follow-up: Manage the backlog and the ticketing system.
- Bug Identification: Report incidents and track their resolution.
- Testing & QA: Prepare and execute testing phases (UAT).
Requirements
- Master's degree (business school or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years' experience in e-merchandising or e-commerce project management
- Interest in the luxury and fashion sectors and in customer experience
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and coordination ability
- Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy and results-oriented
- Tools: Proficient in Akeneo; familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Algolia
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken; daily interactions with international teams.
